+1 | I need to implement a page for visitors to ask questions about our services and receive answers on the page, kind of the comment section of an online newspaper, only more polite. :) |

There are several forum packages but specifically for the purpose of users asking questions and you provide answers I did not find anything exactly like that.

I was thinking blog replies...

I supposehe wants that only one user of the site can reply to the questions. I don't know about follow-ups. So a forum or a blog may do.

Typically, any of those sites wants a login (Google, Facebook, etc) to make sure there are no bots adding junk. So that could be a separate piece. Leaving the comment would be a simple form, and storing it should be no problem. Then Gary needs to decide whether he wants to moderate (I would), and how he wants to be notified of a new post.
I would suggest Gary looks at a few components and makes them work for him.

Yes there are a few components that can do some of those things. We can recommend some components but it depends on exactly what he needs or not.

Thanks Manuel, and everyone else who's posted a reply. Since I originally made the request, I received clarification from the client that they want a full-on forum, where visitors can comment on each other's posts as well as getting authoritative answers from the company. Yes, I suppose it will need a moderator.
The reason I turned to humans for help in this case is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to text search for "forum" or "blog" and pick anything out of the millions of irrelevant hits. It's like searching for an article called "The". So maybe what I really need is some search secrets to overcome this roadblock.

Holy s*t, it worked! Google recognizes plurals and counts them the same as the singular noun, so I figured all modern search engines did the same.
