PHP File Uploader: Validate and store uploaded files

This class can validate and store uploaded files.

It can take the array entry from the $_FILES super-global for a given file and validates it to make sure a valid file was uploaded, the file name extension is one of the allowed extensions, and the file size is under the allowed limit.

The class can move the uploaded file to given directory and file name if it satisfies all the validation conditions.
