This class can be used to track conversation about URLs with uberVU service.

It can access the ContextVoice web API and send requests to execute several types of operations.

Currently it can add one or more URLs to be tracked and also get information and conversation about a previously added URL.

This package is no longer functional because the Contextvoice service has now been retired.
