Problem Converting word files on my server

i am tring to use that script but each time i tried to use it on my main server, it echos that it cannot find the file to convert, maybe because of the fact that i represent the varaible file to convert in this format:

C:/Inetpub/vhosts/mysite/httpdocs/files/237653722204434172292247502978563462594690245195078442813219.doc

I use a whole automated process but it works perfectly on my localhost, but on the main server, i always get that error.
Please this is very urgent, maybe theres something i need to set on my server........or the varaible am tring to convert should contain \ and not /
